GET READY TO CREW
BEFORE and DURING your crossing
Hydrate
Drink a lot of water ! It is recommended to drink 2-3 glasses of water every five hours. It is forbidden to drink alcohol on the ships.
Clothing
For your safety, wear suitable pants or shorts and closed, non-slip shoes. You can wear short sleeves or a T-shirt.
Relax!
Keep calm and relax during the ride. During the transfer, it is imperative not to wear earplugs in order to be able to hear any potential instructions from the CrewBOAT
Seasickness?
If necessary, take pills against motion sickness before boarding (refer to the leaflet). Watch your diet before and during the trip, as well as the drinks you take.
